Lemon Water: It purifies the blood.
Preparation: Take ½ cup filtered water (cool or warm), and add ½ cup fresh lime juice. Always use fresh lemons to squeeze out juice, do not use the drink mix or concentrated lemon juice, as these contain preservatives.

Lemon and Maple Syrup (B Grade): Also known as the master cleanse drink, this drink is made up of lemons, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. The syrup is rich in sugar, and serves as a source of energy. Zinc and calcium present in the drink act as cleansing agents.
Preparation: Squeeze 2 fresh lemons in 8 oz. freshwater. Add 2 tbsp. fresh and pure maple juice, and 1⁄10 cayenne pepper to it. Stir well using a spoon, and drink it warm or cold.

Fresh Fruit Detox: Fresh fruit juices are great detox drinks. Body needs time to burn sugar. Therefore, physicians suggest drinking fruit juices in the morning. Fresh juices of fruits such as apple, papaya, and pineapple are very effective.

Apple-celery Juice: Apples being rich in antioxidants have many health benefits. They also help flush the kidney and the liver.
Preparation: Take 2 apples (after removing the seeds), 2 stalks of celery, and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Mix them, and extract the juice.

Papaya-ginger Juice: Papayas are rich in fiber and help improve digestion.
Preparation: 1 peeled papaya, ¼ inch of sliced and peeled ginger, and 1 lemon wedge. Mix them and extract juice.

Fresh Pineapple Juice: Pineapples are high in vitamin B1, vitamin C, and manganese. Enzymes in pineapples break proteins in the intestine, and benefit the digestive system. They also help curing allergies, arthritis, and inflammation.
Preparation: Take ½ cup fresh pineapple pieces, and grind them with a little bit of water. Your juice is ready.

Fresh Cranberry Juice: This cranberry juice detox consists of organic acids which emulsify fat deposits and help in fighting urine infection caused by the E coli bacteria.
Preparation: Dilute one part of concentrated cranberry juice in four parts of water. Add 1 tbsp. of apple pectin, and psyllium fiber to it.

Vegetable Juice Detox: Vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals, and effectively cleanse the body by removing toxins inside out.

Carrot Juice: Carrots are good sources of vitamin A and vitamin C.
Preparation: Fresh carrot juice mixed with kale and wheat grass also solves digestive system problems including constipation.

Beet Juice: Beets are rich in vitamin A and they balance the cholesterol level, lower blood pressure and heal liver problems.
Preparation: 1 beet, 2 stalks of celery, 1 piece of carrot, and 2 kale leaves. Mix them, add water and extract the juice.

Green Drinks: Drinks made up of green vegetables are effective for weight loss. Vegetables have abundant vitamins, minerals, iron, and are highly fibrous. They provide the body with the fuel it needs, and effectively clean the digestive system.
Preparation:

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 2 celery
  • 2 beets
  • 1 turnip
  • ½ bunch of spinach
  • ½ cabbage
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • ½ onion
  • 2 garlic cloves

Mix all the above ingredients, add considerable amount of water, and grind it in a mixer to prepare the juice.

Green Tea: Green tea is prepared from herbs like ginger, dandelion which act as cleansing agents. It detoxifies the body, and can strike a balance between both the productive and expulsion forces of the body. Some of the effective include:

Ginger-turmeric Tea: This tea contains ginger and turmeric, both of which are effective cleansing agents.
Preparation: Take 2 cups of water, boil it. Add ½ teaspoon of powdered ginger and turmeric each. Simmer for the next 10 minutes, and strain tea into a mug. Add 1 tbsp. of maple syrup and juice of ½ lemon. Drink the tea warm, it helps in soothing the stomach.

Milk Thistle Tea: This tea is made up of milk thistle seeds, that protect the liver against toxins, and is the best medicine for treating chronic liver diseases. This detox drink cleanses the blood stream.
Preparation: Add 2 droppers full of milk thistle seeds extract to boiling water. Drink it warm.

Dandelion Tea: Dandelion is a rich source of vitamin A, and contains traces of vitamin B, C, and D, stimulates the urinary organs, and eliminates toxins from the body.
Preparation: Add 2 tsp. crushed dandelion leaves to 1 cup boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes, and the detox tea is ready.
